Haunted Entertainment: What’s New & What’s Returning
Entertainment is a major part of what sets this event apart from a regular park day. Disney mixes stage shows, live performers, character encounters, and atmospheric entertainment throughout the park.
New Entertainment in 2026:
- A Stitch-hosted dance party at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland
Featuring Lilo and Angel, the experience centers on Stitch experimenting with different costumes, with each change shifting the music and overall theme of the party throughout the night.
- Disney Villains appearing throughout the park
Rather than being confined to one location, villains may be spotted roaming or interacting in different areas, adding to the atmosphere
Returning Entertainment
- The Cadaver Dans
- The popular barbershop-style group, inspired by the classic Dapper Dans, gets a Halloween twist! The group performs throughout Frontierland with themed costumes and harmonies that lean into the spooky environment.
- Character meet-and-greets exclusive to the party:
- Jack Skellington & Sally
- Mickey & Minnie together in Halloween costumes at Town Square Theater
- Winnie the Pooh in his seasonal bumblebee costume
- Appearances from pairs like Ariel & Eric and Aladdin & Jasmine
In addition to these, guests can expect the return of major entertainment offerings like the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, along with the Boo to You nighttime parade and fireworks, which are staples of the event.

Halloween Merchandise (Shriek-Peek!)
Halloween merchandise is a major part of Disney’s seasonal rollout, and the party is one of the primary places where new collections debut. Disney has already teased a preview of the upcoming spooky merch arriving at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and online at the Disney Store.
Many of these items are designed specifically for the Halloween season and may be available in limited quantities or tied directly to event nights.

What to Expect at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed, after-hours event that offers a different experience from a standard day at Magic Kingdom. Attendance is limited, which changes both the pace and overall atmosphere of the park.
The event typically runs from 7:00 PM to midnight, with entry beginning as early as 4:00 PM for party guests.
Here’s what that experience includes:
- Trick-or-treating throughout the park
- Guests of all ages can collect candy at designated locations, with multiple stops available across different lands
- Event-exclusive food and beverages
- Limited-time snacks and themed treats that are only available during party hours
- Special character meet-and-greets
- Including rare characters and unique costume variations not seen during regular park operations
- Shorter wait times for attractions
- Many rides remain open, often with reduced waits compared to daytime hours
- Signature entertainment
- Including the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, the Halloween parade, and nighttime fireworks show
