By using Unlocked Magic, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”). Unlocked Magic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the service.
1. Service
Inside Unlocked Magic, we provide an exclusive platform that includes the following:
- Exclusive Tools: Members have unrestricted access to a variety of tools tailored for planning your next Disney trip, such as our unlimited Disney Dining Reservation Finder.
- Community of Your Peers: Unlocked Magic is a hub for Disney enthusiasts to interact and share experiences, discuss the latest happenings, travels, and more.
- Discounts and Promotions: Enjoy deals and promotions exclusive to the Unlocked Magic community. Notably, Unlocked Magic offers the best discounts for Walt Disney World tickets, along with other discounts and promotional offers.
2. Billing and Payments
By subscribing to Unlocked Magic, you consent to automatic monthly or annual subscription payments charged to the credit card you have on file. Should you partake in any free trial period, you agree to automatic subscription payments following the expiration of the trial period.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
For cancellation requests, please email info@unlockedmagic.com. No refunds will be provided for cancellations that occur after the subscription renewal date. It’s crucial to cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid subsequent subscription charges.
4. Modifications to Services
Unlocked Magic reserves the right to change the tools, discounts, and other offerings available on our platform at any time. These modifications can be made without prior notice.
5. User Content
All content within Unlocked Magic is owned by Unlocked Magic. Any reproduction, duplication, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters making up the Service are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.
7. Commercial Use
The commercial use of Unlocked Magic and its tools, including but not limited to the Dining Availability Finder, is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this provision can result in immediate termination of service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer
The materials on Unlocked Magic’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Unlocked Magic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
10. Limitations
In no event shall Unlocked Magic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Unlocked Magic’s website, even if Unlocked Magic or an Unlocked Magic authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
11. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Unlocked Magic’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Unlocked Magic does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. This also includes adherence to the Community Guidelines as outlined within our Unlocked Magic Community.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference, governs any information you provide via the Service.
